Love canada

The PCS Singers of Brampton, with the Mississauga Chamber Singers, will take you on a musical journey across Canada, sharing some thoughts and stories along the way as we prepare to celebrate Canada’s 155th birthday on July 1st.

The music embraces Canada’s regions and is interspersed with narrative and projected images providing an engaging ‘Coles Notes’ story on the history and social development of Canada.

We are very mindful of Stuart Mclean’s words from a speech he gave celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday: ‘Yes, we have stumbled; but in our stumbling ways I would like to think that we are stumbling towards the light. But even in our stumbling way we can say, and with some confidence that we have contributed to the greater good.‘.

We look forward to your joining us on June 11th as we reflect on our past and look forward to sharing our love of Canada with you.
