Angie (Angela) Reichenbach is a conductor, vocalist, and music educator whose career spans more than 30 years of inspiring musicians of all ages. She is passionate about cultivating vibrant choral communities where musical excellence, collaboration, and joy flourish.
Angie studied choral conducting as part of her music degree at the University of Western Ontario and has devoted much of her career to choral leadership. She conducted children’s choirs for over 20 years, served as musical director for numerous children’s musicals, and currently directs three adult choirs. In addition to her work on the podium, she is an active member of the Georgetown Bach Chorale, where she performs as both a chorister and soloist.
Her academic background includes degrees in Music and Education, advanced training in RCM piano, voice, and music theory, and specialized studies in Estill Voice Training and The Singing Athlete. Together, these experiences inform her approach to healthy vocal technique, expressive choral singing, and effective rehearsal leadership.
As Guest Artistic Director, Angie is committed to creating a welcoming and inspiring environment where singers grow in confidence, musicianship, and artistry. She believes that choral music has the unique ability to build community, foster reflection, and enrich lives through the shared experience of making music together.
